- Consultation audio recordings: Audio captured when you record a medical consultation (with your consent).
- Transcripts & summaries: Text generated from your recordings to help you review and understand the conversation.
- Account information: Such as your email address for login and account management.
- App usage data: Timestamps, session logs, and technical metadata to help us improve performance and security.
We use the collected information to:
- Generate accurate transcripts and clear summaries of your medical consultations.
- Allow you to review, search, and share transcripts and summaries.
- Maintain and improve the App, including speech recognition and summarization accuracy.
- Ensure security, prevent misuse, and comply with legal requirements.
Data Sharing
We respect your privacy. We will never sell your data. Your data may be shared only in these limited ways:
- With service providers (such as secure cloud hosting or AI processing providers) who work on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

- If you choose to share your summaries or transcripts with your doctor or caregiver.
Data Retention
Audio recordings: Not stored permanently. They are deleted after the transcript and summary are generated.
- Transcripts & summaries: Stored securely (encrypted) for as long as you keep your account, unless you delete them.
- Account data: Retained while your account is active.
- You may request deletion of your data or your entire account at any time.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest.
- Access controls to limit who can view data.
